On May 28, 2025, the Karakalpak branch of the “Olima” women’s organization of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with the Karakalpakstan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies, held a republican scientific-practical conference “The Role of Youth in Science,” dedicated to the “Year of Environmental Protection and Green Economy.”

 The conference was attended by doctoral students, master’s students, and undergraduate female students of higher educational institutions of the republic. The rector of our institute, B.B.Jollibekov, opened the conference and wished the conference success.

 The head of the Karakalpak branch of the women’s organization “Olima” of the Republic of Uzbekistan, T.Oserbayeva, and the head of the “Olima” organization of the Nukus State Pedagogical Institute named after Ajiniyaz, A.Pirniyazova, congratulated the participants on the traditional 14th “Science Buds” and wished success to the young people embarking on the path of science.

 The participants’ presentations were very interesting, and among them, our institute’s 1st-year basic doctoral student in plant protection specialty S.Menglimuratova (scientific supervisor d.a.c., professor N.Shamuratova) was awarded a 1st degree diploma, KMI master’s student J.Abdigapparova received a 2nd degree diploma, KSU student O.Bekieva (scientific supervisor N.Jumanazarova) received a 3rd degree diploma, and NSPI 1st-year basic doctoral student D.Erniyazova was awarded an honorary certificate. The conference continued its work in 2 sections.
