On April 28, 2025, in classroom 304 (9:00), G. Pirniyazova, assistant of the Department of “Information Technologies, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry” of the Karakalpakstan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies, conducted a master class on the topic “Carbohydrates” in a lecture on the subject “Analytics, Physical-Colloidal and Bioorganic Chemistry.” The lecture was attended by Z. Mirvaliyev, Head of the Department of Biochemistry and Physiology, Faculty of Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products, Tashkent State Agrarian University; F. Saitkulov, Associate Professor of the Department of Biochemistry and Physiology; and T. Eshboboyev, Assistant Professor. Due to the shortage of environmentally friendly food products, which is one of the most pressing problems in the world today, future agricultural workers must master the science of chemistry, be able to conduct chemical analyses in the production of environmentally friendly food products, and provide an analysis of the main properties of carbohydrates, their physiological role and use in various sectors of the food industry.
