Main tasks of the “Register Office” in the higher education system

Digitalization of the education sector is one of the important issues. In his speeches, the head of our state noted that one of the important conditions for the integration of scientific achievements is the acceleration of the process of equipping the higher education system with the latest technologies and digitalization. In this regard, in accordance with the relevant decision of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, starting from the 2024/2025 academic year, the “Register Office” has been established in the higher education system.

  The main tasks of the “Register Office” are the planning and organization of accounting and monitoring of students’ academic activities, which includes the creation of a primary database of students by specialties and courses, the organization and conduct of student registration for training courses in specialties, the compilation of reports on all aspects of students’ academic activities, the recording of student movement, and others.
