The competition will be held in three stages:

– at the first stage, the applicant fills out an application through this link * (applicants must be graduates of a higher educational institution or graduating students of the Ministry of Agriculture system).

– in the second stage, students who meet the requirements of the charter (depending on the direction of study) are interviewed by the dean of an educational program and are admitted to the university based on the results of the interview.

– candidates admitted to the university at the third stage submit the following documents for the ministry’s scholarship:

a) valid passport for traveling abroad;
b) bachelor’s degree * (certificate in English on obtaining a bachelor’s degree by July 31, 2025, if the applicant is a student of the last year);
d) an appendix to the diploma indicating the results of the State Exam (or a certificate – translation of the rating book) and a certificate on the assessment system;
e) a B2 level English language certificate (IELTS, CAE, TOEFL, Pitman, ESD, Pearson) or a document confirming participation in a bachelor’s program taught entirely in English;
f) a certificate (CV) in English;
d) An essay about their interests (Motivation letter);
h) Admission letter (acceptance letter – issued to candidates who have successfully passed the second stage).
