In accordance with the protocol of the State Commission, the rector (director) will independently determine the amount of the differentiated tuition contract for additional admission to bachelor’s degree programs for applicants who scored 56.7 points or higher in the entrance exams for the 2025-2026 academic year, but were not recommended for admission, in the following order:
For applicants who have not reached the admission threshold of up to 4.05 points, the amount of the differentiated paid contract is determined in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 13, 2025 No. 578 (Appendix No. 1, Clause 73);
For applicants who have not reached the admission threshold of more than 4.05 points, the amount of the differentiated fee-contract is set by the rectors (directors) of higher educational institutions in the amount of not less than 3.0 times the base fee-contract.
By September 25, 2025, all higher educational institutions will approve and publish on their official website the minimum amounts of differentiated tuition fees for the 2025-2026 academic year, broken down by bachelor’s degree programs and forms of study.
Applicants wishing to study on a differentiated paid-contract basis during the 2025-2026 academic year admission will be allowed to pay 50% of the annual tuition fee until October 31, 2025 (inclusive).
Also, applicants who participated in the competition based on the results of entrance exams to bachelor’s degree programs and were recommended for admission to one of the second to fifth bachelor’s degree programs on the basis of a state grant or a paid contract were allowed to study on a differentiated paid contract basis in the first bachelor’s degree program chosen by their preference (except for those recommended for admission on the basis of targeted admission).
