Instructions for submitting applications for the transfer and reinstatement of studies at state universities

In accordance with the regulation approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 578, the acceptance of applications for the transfer (restoration) of higher education students for the spring semester will continue from January 10 to January 20 (including January 20).

Applications for transferring or resuming studies from one higher education institution to another in the republic for 2 valid reasons are accepted online through the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation’s transfer.edu.uz or the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services – my.gov.uz (https://my.gov.uz/uz/service/843).

Required documents:

A copy of the academic certificate or transcript;

Documents confirming the reasons for the transfer of studies.
