USAID Agribusiness Development Project

On January 24, 2022, a one-day training seminar was organized at the Karakalpak Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnology as part of the USAID Agribusiness Development Project. A training seminar was held on the topic “Economics and agribusiness management system”.

The seminar focused on the management system of farms and agricultural enterprises, business planning and use, the importance of cash flow planning and farm inventory, accounting, profit and loss calculation, income growth and provided information on the principles of marketing and enterprise and personnel management.

The seminar was attended by the coordinator of the USAID Agribusiness Development Project in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region Umid Sayfudinov, Bakhtiyar Kurbanov and the leadership of the institute, professors and doctoral students.
