As previously reported, the rector of our institute B.B.Jollibekov visited the field experimental sites within the framework of the international symposium “Struggle against Desertification and Development of Landscaping” held in the People’s Republic of China.

 During the practical exhibition held at the field experimental site, practical work was carried out to landscape the designated areas.

 After that, our rector got acquainted with the work being carried out at the scientific station and the processes of plant growth. At the same time, he received information about experiments that can be effective in solving the existing environmental problems in our republic.

 Of course, it is no exaggeration to say that this business trip is of great importance not only for the Karakalpak Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies, but also for the protection of the country’s environment.
