During the presentation, the professors presented the research, research, scientific works, educational processes, and student internships conducted at the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences.
They provided very useful information about the university’s achievements in the field of agriculture, its importance in providing personnel to the sector, personnel training systems, the balance of practice and educational processes, production sectors and cooperation with them, and methods of organizing training without interruption from production, using university educational processes as an example. A noteworthy aspect of this university’s personnel training is that professors, teachers, and students manage the university’s farm, where they work in all sectors of agriculture.The university has a livestock sector and land plots. In it, students and professors engage in direct farming activities, raising more than 100 head of cattle, about 200 sheep, about 500 birds (chickens, ducks, geese) and other livestock, continuously providing the region with agricultural products, milk, meat and other poultry products. On day 4. During the presentation and visit, an exchange of experience took place regarding agricultural machinery and its use, as well as livestock and poultry farming. The University’s experience in integrating the educational process with production was studied.
