The guests were welcomed by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the institute, N. Absattarov, who organized a meeting.

 N.Absattarov opened the meeting with an introductory speech and informed about the projects currently being implemented between our institute and Japan.

 Following this, JICA representative Ashihara Tomoko stated that the purpose of the business trip is for Aoyama Yuna to work as a volunteer at the institute from September 3, 2025, to August 4, 2027, and to conduct research on the study of agriculture in Karakalpakstan. He also noted that on September 12 and 18 of this year, it is planned to bring an additional 2 Japanese citizens on the basis of volunteering tradition.

 At the end of the meeting, the guests were shown a room allocated by the institute for volunteers and wished Aoyama Yuna great success in his future work.
