There was an evening at our institute on the occasion of “December 1 – the day the Karakalpak language was granted the status of the state language!”

Karakalpak language is not only the national literary language of the Karakalpak people, but it is also the main tool to develop the high spirit and culture of our people, to feel proud of their achievements and realize their unique identity, so our main task is to treat it with care and attention. At our Institute we had a gala evening on the occasion of “December 1, the 33rd anniversary of granting the Karakalpak language the status of a state language! According to the Rector of our Institute, Professor E. Sh. Torenyazov, the language is a national pride and asset of the people. Respect for one’s native language defines respect for one’s homeland. Therefore, language is an integral part of human culture. The event included a big celebration dedicated to this date, prepared by the students of the Institute.
