The festive evening was opened by the Rector of the Karakalpak Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies, B. Jollibekov.

Navruz is the season of renewal and rejuvenation, the New Year holiday of Muslim peoples. On this holiday, everyone pays special attention to our nationality and reflects them. The festive celebration is going very interestingly and in high spirits.
