In order to familiarize high school students of the Chimbay district specialized school under the Agency of Specialized Educational Institutions with higher educational institutions and gain practical experience, the school administration and teachers visited the Karakalpakstan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies.
🔹During the excursion, the chief engineer of the methodological support sector for academic lyceums and technical schools of the institute, Abdikarimov Alliyar, and teachers Adilov Sadirbay, Khamidullayev Janabergen, and Toremuratov Mukhamediyar familiarized themselves with the educational laboratory and practical training rooms. Then they were introduced to the information resource center, meeting hall, greenhouses and landscaping facilities organized on the territory of the institute, and a tour of the institute was organized.

During the trip, schoolchildren learned about the history of the institute’s establishment, namely – the Karakalpakstan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies was established on the basis of the Nukus branch of Tashkent State Agrarian University on the basis of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 275 dated May 4, 2021.
3541 young people (2267 boys and 1274 girls) are studying in these fields of study and specialties. Of these, 2,196 students are studying full-time in bachelor’s programs, 1,240 students are studying part-time, 51 students are studying in master’s programs, and 54 young people are studying in doctoral programs. Of these, 7 are professors, 53 are associate professors, 57 are doctors of science, 119 are assistants and 13 are trainee teachers, and the academic level of professors and teachers is 47.6 percent.
