On June 3, 2025, Associate Professor of Tsukuba University (Japan) Maki Asano, 1st-year Master’s student Natsuto Okubo, and PhD student Boltayeva Husnida visited the Karakalpakstan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies. The guests were met by Acting Vice-Rectors for Research and Innovation of the Karakalpak Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies A.Sayimbet, representatives of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemical Research Nurmetov Nurali and Mamatkulov Asliddin.

 First, Acting Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation A.Saimbet familiarized the guests with the institute’s laboratories and scientific works on soil agrochemistry. After that, information about the institute was presented to the guests.

 In turn, Associate Professor of Tsukuba University Maki Asano spoke about the projects being implemented at his university in the field of soil science and suggested joint scientific work in the future.
