Employees of the Department for Work with Appeals from Individuals and Legal Entities, Control, and Monitoring register and review appeals based on the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, presidential decrees, and government decisions, conduct monitoring based on the annual plan, and prepare response letters.
Main tasks and job responsibilities:
Working with appeals: Receiving, registering, and reviewing applications, proposals, and complaints received from individuals and legal entities within the timeframes established by law.
Control and monitoring: Monitoring the execution of appeals, preparing responses, and conducting monitoring activities based on the annual plan.
Working with documents: Compliance with legislative norms, Cabinet of Ministers resolutions, and organizational orders.
Legal advice: Providing legal explanations to applicants and assisting in resolving their issues.
Accountability: Preparation of analytical reports to the organization’s management regarding the handling of appeals.
Required knowledge and skills:
Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The priority of the Law “On Appeals of Physical and Legal Entities.”
