Our main task is to develop fishing

In 2020, our branch and German International Cooperation (GIZ) are working on the development of fisheries within the framework of the project “Sustainable Economic Development in Selected Regions of Uzbekistan”. Within the framework of the project, thanks to grants from GIZ, our branch is working on the implementation of an internal water supply system for fish farming and scientific work on the cultivation of carp, white carp, shells and African catfish. Within the framework of this project, the students of our department were provided with ample opportunities for raising and feeding fish. In addition, doctoral students conducting research in the field of fisheries have the opportunity to conduct scientific experiments in our branch.
