Among the 1st year female students of the Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnology of Karakalpakstan the 2nd stage of the contest “Ladies of Agrarian” was held.

The competition was opened by 1st Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual affairs of the Institute R. Ibragimova and noted the achievements of the Institute in the educational and Spiritual outreach work, where she pointed out the role of the female in this work and wished good luck to the participants.

Participants competed with each other in self-presentation, parody of actors or actresses, free theme and demonstrated their ability, wit and skill.

The jury evaluated the participants on each condition, and the participants who obtained the highest marks, that is, A. Eltaeva, the student of silkworm breeding faculty of Zooengineering, 2nd place was taken by U. Genjemuratova, the student of law direction of Fruit and vegetable growing of the faculty Storage and processing technology of agricultural products, 3rd place was taken by a student of agro chemistry and plant protection direction of the faculty of Agrobiology, Z. Saparmuratova.

After the competition rector of the Institute Professor E.Toreniyazov congratulated the winners with their success and expressed confidence that intelligent, capable young people are the pride of our institution, and they and all youth will be the basis of our great future as the holders of high knowledge and thinking. He mentioned that all conditions are made for this in the country and at the institute, students need to be educated and have a fruitful leisure time.

At the end of the event, the contestants were awarded ‘Diplomas’, ‘Honours’ and memorable gifts.
