At the seminar, brief information was provided on the program’s capabilities, employment issues, and mechanisms for supporting business projects. In this regard, K.Sharipova, Center Manager of the “Kelajakka qadam” sector of the Karakalpakstan branch of the Joint-Stock Company “Uzmilliybank,” provided information on the opportunities provided within the framework of the program, the procedure for financing business projects, loan terms, and necessary documents. He also explained the stages of bringing business ideas to the level of a finished project.

 J.Berdimuratov, Chief Specialist of the Department of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, spoke about the employment of graduating students, their readiness for the labor market, and the assistance provided to them.

 One of the main guests of the seminar was a deputy of the Supreme Council of Entrepreneurs and the head of the “Biogomus” farm, Sh.Niyozimbetov told the students about his entrepreneurial path, the difficulties he encountered, and the experience of achieving success. He shared the results achieved in processing tomatoes and preparing natural dried tomatoes, as well as exporting them to European countries, and called on young people to patiently achieve their goals.

During the seminar, I.Sulaymanov, Head of the Registrar’s Office of the Karakalpakstan Institute of Agriculture and Agrotechnologies, emphasized that the results achieved by Sh.Niyazimbetov over the years with a spirit of hard work, research, and entrepreneurship have become a strong motivation for the participating students, and his business culture, expanding activities, and achievements are of great importance in attracting the younger generation to entrepreneurship. Students raised their questions and received practical answers from the specialists. The event played a significant role in developing graduating students’ entrepreneurial skills and preparing them for the labor market.
