     In the order to improve the structure of the Branch on the basis of Decree of cabinet of Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan №311 from December 3, 2015   «About further improvement provision with the personals of High Education of  Agriculture and Water farming field» and on the basis of Decree of Ministry of Agriculture and Water farming №238 from was formed the department «Ground use and  Ground Cadastre» in Nukus branch of Tashkent State Agrarian University.

       The department started working career from January 2, 2016. At the department work 6 professor-teachers, 1 candidates of science 5 assistants of them.

The motto of the department – profound knowledge, teaching of the basis of close relationship with theory and practice. There were formed 2 innovation group and 4 team works in a cooperation with State Committee «Uzergeodescadastre» and there departments in places regions, districts an towns, Karakalpak State Enterprise organization of the use of land and immovable property, Karakalpak department of the Institute «UZDAVERLOYIHA» and with town the OOO Karakalpak project Institute “Gor-selproekt”, Academy of Science of the Uzbekistan.
