Works carried out in our branch on beekeeping

From the 2020-2021 academic year, the Nukus branch of the Tashkent State Agrarian University is working on the care of bees and the production of honey. At the department of “Veterinary and Zooengineering” of the Faculty of Fishery and Sericulture of our branch, there is a circle “Honey Beekeeping”, which attracts students who are active and interested in beekeeping, among whom there are students of 1-2 courses. Currently, Italian and Carpathian species of honey bees have been brought to the circle of our branch, and the professors and teachers provided the participants of the circle with the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained, using practical skills in beekeeping. In addition, doctoral students, masters and students conducting research on honey beekeeping carry out scientific work on pollination of flowers and increasing the productivity of crops from beekeeping.
