1) Mobility of employees for training or professional development – 1 place.

2) Opportunity for students to receive education – 1 place

Mobility period:

1 week for employees: (5 days (excluding 2 travel days)).

3 months for students: (academic mobility)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Teachers and staff who work in officially at the Institute of Agriculture and Agro-Technologies of Karakalpakstan (for Employees);
  • Students studying at the Institute of Agriculture and Agro-Technologies of Karakalpakstan

(Bachelor, Master, PhD);

  • Sufficient knowledge of a Foreign Language (English);

List of required documents (for students):

  1. Passport (copy) of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  2. CV in Europass Form (in English);
  3. Certificate confirming the level of knowledge of a foreign language (English);
  4. Motivational letter (in English, no more than 1 page);
  5. Course/training program (3-month plan, in English);
  6. Recommendation (from 2 staff of Institute)
  7. Document confirming the study (reference)

List of required documents (for staff):

  1. Passport (copy) of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  2. CV in Europass form (in English);
  3. Certificate confirming the level of knowledge of a foreign language (English);
  4. Motivational letter (in English, no more than 1 page);
  5. Course/internship program (5-day plan, 10-12 hours, in English)
  6. Document confirming on job information (Work Certificate)
  • A motivational letter should include:
  1. Brief information about the candidate and applicant, his/her professional or academic experience in the chosen major subjects or study programs, his/her purpose of participation in the program, information about the expected results of the program.
  2. The choice of university should be reasonable.
  • Application documents must be submitted by hand to the Department of International Relations.
