Agreement with South Ural Agrarian University of the Russian Federation concluded
    Today, to improve the quality of education in higher education, it is necessary to pay special attention to work with foreign institutions of higher education, sharing experiences and strengthening international relations.

    In this regard, the Karakalpak Agricultural Institute of Agrotechnologies expects to sign agreements and establish contacts with a number of educational centers in Russia.
   In order to strengthen these international relations and use the experience of the Russian Federation in the field of higher education in the agricultural sphere, our institute begins cooperation with the South Ural State Agrarian University.
   The meeting was held at our institute in the presence of the University Rector S.V. Cherepukhina, Vice Rector S.A. Chichilanova, Rector of our Institute E. Toreniyazov, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs N. Absattarov, Vice Rector for Research and Innovation B. Jollibekov and deans of faculties.
    There they worked together on education, development, etc., developed ideas about the measures to be taken in preparation for tomorrow’s most important issues, and determined all the tasks.
    At the meeting, the two sides agreed to work together, and contracts were signed.

   For the record, three students at our institute are currently enrolled in a master’s degree program on a grant.
    After the meeting, the guests visited the departments to get a broader view of our institution, to learn about the opportunities created by the place of study and the results achieved.
    First, the guests visited the Department of Fisheries of the Institute, got acquainted with the species of fish grown in the laboratory of the department, familiarized with the conditions created for the training of students, talked to professors and teachers of the department about the achievements and future business plans.
    Then the guests continued their tour of the institute and got acquainted with the collection of mulberry and mulberry silkworms created in Uzbekistan and brought from China, Japan, European countries, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Russia, with the properties of colored mulberries, their use in scientific activities, including professor of the Japanese Agricultural University Dr. Makoto IIKUBO and students were interviewed.


    In addition, the guests became acquainted with the teaching process and laboratory work in the departments and became interested in the types of crops planted in the greenhouse.
    The agreement between the two institutions of higher education provides an opportunity to further strengthen international relations and the development of the industry, including the training of mature and qualified personnel.
